Description

These Oreo-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are the ultimate dessert mashup—soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls swirled with brown sugar and cinnamon, then stuffed with crushed Oreo cookies and topped with a rich cream cheese glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, this easy and indulgent recipe is guaranteed to impress kids and adults alike. Whether you’re using store-bought dough or making your own, each bite delivers gooey, chocolatey comfort with a fun cookies-and-cream twist.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (or homemade dough)

810 Oreo cookies, crushed

3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  • Unroll the dough onto a lightly floured surface.

  • Spread softened butter evenly over the surface.

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the butter.

  • Crush Oreo cookies into a mix of fine crumbs and chunks. Sprinkle evenly over the dough.

  • Roll the dough tightly and slice into 8 equal rolls.

  • Arrange the rolls in the prepared dish, leaving a bit of space between each.

  • Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden and puffy.

  • While the rolls cool slightly, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

  • Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Room Temperature Butter & Cream Cheese:
Softened butter spreads more evenly across the dough, and softened cream cheese blends smoothly into your glaze without lumps.

Crush Oreos in Two Textures:
For the best texture and flavor contrast, crush half the Oreos into fine crumbs and break the rest into larger chunks. This gives each bite both crunch and melt-in-your-mouth softness.

Bake in a Snug Dish for Taller Rolls:
Use a smaller baking dish to allow the rolls to bake closely together. This encourages upward rise and extra softness in the center.

Add Extra Oreos on Top After Baking:
Want even more Oreo goodness? Sprinkle additional crushed cookies over the warm glaze just before serving for that bakery-style look and crunch.
