Description

Indulge in a creamy, dreamy dessert that combines rich chocolate and smooth peanut butter for a heavenly treat. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings, this no-bake pudding is quick to prepare and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup creamy peanut butter

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

1½ cups heavy cream, chilled

Optional toppings: whipped cream, crushed peanuts, chocolate shaving

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate & Peanut Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  2. Mix the Base: Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Set aside.

  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Fold Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated, keeping the mixture light and airy.

  5. Chill & Serve: Divide into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream, peanuts, or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Texture Control

For a denser pudding, reduce the whipped cream to 1 cup. For extra fluffiness, add an extra ¼ cup of whipped cream. The pudding will thicken as it chills.

Dietary Swaps

Vegan Option: Use dairy-free chocolate chips, coconut condensed milk, and coconut cream instead of heavy cream.

Nut-Free: Replace peanut butter with tahini or sunflower seed butter.

Make-Ahead Tip

Prepare the pudding up to 24 hours in advance. Cover tightly with plastic wrap (pressed against the surface) to prevent a skin from forming.

Serving Variations

Layer with crushed cookies (Oreos or graham crackers) for a parfait-style dessert.

Serve warm as a dip with fruit or pretzels for a fun twist (skip chilling).
