Ingredients
- 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp milk (optional, for egg wash consistency)
